2019–2021 · Global Winner & Youth Ambassador
Generation Unlimited Youth Challenge
Rallying young people in informal settlements around climate action.
I won the Generation Unlimited Youth Challenge as the global winner under the environmental pillar, then worked with UNICEF Kenya to bring young people in informal settlements onto youth platforms and into climate action and gender inclusion. The win and the follow-on innovation grants mobilised more than KES 3 million for youth-led work.
